The overall experience was peaceful and it was a good base for visiting most attractions, with everything being simply perfect.

It has lovely rooms and amazing location near to a nice restaurant, the post office and main street of restaurants, and public transport. I would definitely book again, thank you very much for a really great experience.

The location was absolutely amazing with Sunset beach just a stone's throw away. It was super convenient to get around with a bus stop only 250m from the apartment. The nearby convenience store was a great bonus. The apartment itself was incredibly clean and spacious with a cozy balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped and even had basic supplies like salt, pepper, and oil. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning kept us cool. We felt secure with multiple locked doors. Our host was friendly and gave us helpful advice throughout our stay. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend staying here!

The host gave us a warm welcome. The rooms were clean and had nice beds. The bathroom was comfortable. The location in a nice neighborhood provided beautiful views of the bay. There are a variety of places to eat nearby, including the Makarul Restaurant.

Great balcony with a stunning view, clean room with all amenities, fast and reliable wi-fi, lots of light and beautiful sunset views. Convenient doors to separate kitchen and bathroom from bedroom. Good location near Sunset beach, easy access to Old Town by taxi or bus. Conveniently located below a convenience store. Highly recommended.

The location of the apartment is excellent, just opposite the bus station to Lapad post office. It is also close to a convenience store and a post office, making it very convenient. the room is spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and great air conditioning. the bathroom is large and even has a washing machine. the host, Eva, is very friendly and helpful, providing guests with advice and recommendations for their visit.

The instructions to reach the property could be improved, as some guests had difficulty finding it due to the incorrect bus number provided.

The location was great, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and public transportation. the nearby supermarket was a convenient option for cooking our own meals.

It was really annoying and disrupted our sleep. the lack of hot water on our last day was a disappointment.

I recently stayed at a cozy apartment in a residential area, conveniently close to the historic center and just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The room was immaculate and had all the amenities I needed, including a fast and reliable Wi-Fi. The balcony offered a stunning view, perfect for enjoying the sunset. The hosts were also very accommodating, even providing a pick-up service upon arrival.

The only downside I encountered was the noise from the neighbors below, who were quite loud in the early morning.

my recent stay in dubrovnik was great, but this time staying at eva was even better. the location was perfect, close to the main street and beaches, and eva even picked us up when we arrived. loved the authentic vibe and the amazing view from the balcony.

Privacy and noise can be a minor issue. Although the stay was great, the apartment's close quarters with the owners and noisy neighbors may affect those seeking more privacy and quiet.

Close proximity to a market and a great restaurant. the host is friendly and provides helpful travel tips.
